Electrical is typically installed in two stages. There is the rough in stage when we install the wiring and boxes. The second stage is the trim work and that is when we install the devices and fixtures. It is recommended that the trim be done once the paint has been completed.

It is typically suggested to update the panel when you have an older style panel in your building, but having a professional look at it first is recommended.

You may have tripped a GFCI. GFCIs are typically located in bathrooms, garages, and kitchens. If you notice the reset button on the receptacle is sticking out or there is a red light on the GFCI, hit the reset button. If it keeps tripping, having a professional look at the issue is recommended.
